Remediation/Improvement Plans:Teacher improvement plans were commonly used as part of teacher evaluation systems for many years. Recent legislative changes have now introduced the term "remediation plan" into Indiana law & added other important factors into the mix. This session will provide a summary of the statutory requirements concerning remediation plans & offer practical tips for helping teachers to successfully navigate the remediation process. (Gregg)
Conflict Resolution Options & Pathways to Success: Conflicts fall in to several categories: grievances, unfair labor practices, legal disputes, and power disputes. This session will help you navigate how to identify what type of conflict you are handling and how best to resolve the conflict successfully. (Heidi & Dave)
